Fort Carson

The University of Kansas Language Training Center offers 4-week maintenance courses in Russian on-site at Fort Carson, Colorado. These courses are intended for soldiers of the 10th SFG who require the linguistic and cultural expertise to excel in the field, but soldiers from other units may be able to join in the course if seats are available. Students will receive certification of 100 hours of language training and 6 hours of academic credit from KU equivalent to second year Russian.

Thanks to the strong partnership between the University of Kansas Language Training Center and Fort Carson and the renewed Language Training Center grant for 2019-2022, 4-week maintenance courses in German will begin at Fort Carson in Fall 2019.
