Stephen M. Dickey

Stephen Dickey is a Professor in the Department of Slavic, German, and Eurasian Studies and is the former Chair of the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures.  He holds a doctorate in Slavic Linguistics from the University of Indiana and is a fluent speaker of Russian, Bosnian/Croatian/Montenegrin/Serbian, and German. In addition to an impressive record of teaching and research, he served as a translator in the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.  He has been a named partner on the LTC grant since 2017 and has been its Academic Liaison since 2019.
